I'm Katie Plummer, a mother of 3 with a zest for life and a deep-rooted love for fitness. Born and raised in the heart of the Midwest, I've embarked on an exhilarating journey that has taken me across six different states.

For the past two decades, I've been immersed in the fitness industry, exploring its various facets and pushing boundaries to help others lead healthier, happier lives. My career has seen me traverse through both crossfit and conventional gym settings, where I've had the privilege of working with individuals from all walks of life. From beginners taking their first steps towards a fitter lifestyle to seasoned athletes striving for peak performance, I've relished every opportunity to make a positive impact.

Beyond the confines of gym walls, I've delved into the world of marketing and media, lending my expertise to exciting ad campaigns for renowned brands such as Wieder, Welsh, Gold's Gym, Proform, Altra, and Free Motion. Additionally, I've had the exhilarating experience of being part of reality television fitness shows like ABC's Extreme Weight Loss, where I've witnessed firsthand the transformative power of determination and hard work.

With three wonderful children who continually inspire me, family remains at the core of everything I do. Alongside the joys of motherhood, my journey into the world of fitness is deeply intertwined with the joys and challenges of motherhood. As a proud mother of three incredible kids, I've experienced firsthand the transformative power of pregnancy and childbirth. It was during these remarkable journeys that my interest in prenatal and postnatal fitness truly blossomed. Witnessing the incredible changes my body underwent during pregnancy ignited a passion within me to explore ways to support and nurture myself physically and emotionally through this profound experience. I dove headfirst into researching and practicing prenatal fitness, discovering its myriad benefits not just for my own well-being but also for the health and development of my babies.

Postnatally, as I navigated the joys and struggles of recovery and caring for a newborn, I leaned on fitness as a vital tool for healing, regaining strength, and finding balance amidst the whirlwind of new motherhood. My own journey has fueled my desire to empower fellow mothers on their paths, guiding them towards optimal health and vitality during and after pregnancy. Together, let's embrace the beauty of motherhood and the transformative power of fitness, one step at a time.

Things you will never hear from me: How to birth, feed, or raise your children.  I am here as a fitness professional. Just like you, I can’t control everything about your pregnancy, birth, and motherhood journey, nor would I want to, but I can help you control your exercise selection and intentions around exercise. I promise to stay in my lane.
